Pay or Contest Shelby Traffic Tickets

Shelby Driver History Records
The KYTC Driver History Record page says a three-year driver history record is public, contains no personal information such as address, Social Security number, or description, and contains driver status, license expiration date, restrictions, and traffic violations. It does not contain crash information. A full driver history or clearance letter includes identifying information, licenses issued, traffic conviction information, administrative entries, CDL requirements, and other driver-history details.
Online three-year DHR ordering costs $6.00 and normally produces a record within minutes. The record is available for 14 days, and the requester must print or save the PDF. Online ordering requires a Kentucky.gov account, a verified email, a valid credit or debit card, and the driver's first and last name as shown on the license plus a nine-character Kentucky license number. In-person or mail DHR ordering costs $3.00. A full DHR for another person requires a notarized release or subpoena and is not available online.

Traffic fine balances and payment-plan eligibility should be checked through ePay or the clerk. Bonds are separate from ordinary traffic fines, and the Shelby KCOJ page says bonds can only be paid in cash.
Points, Reinstatement, and CDL

Shelby Traffic School and FTA
Kentucky State Traffic School eligibility is limited.
